Late Summer Studio Visit with BI !

Yesterday a group of Becoming Independent artists visited us and met our current artist in residence, Lea Walloschke. We talked about her experience as director of many performances in Europe, she showed us her work in progress including two paintings and recorded sounds around the ranch of bees, birds, airplane and more.

In the Studio, we also looked at the work of painter Gloria Gale, who left up all the pieces that she completed while in residence. After our chat, we enjoyed a beautiful day having lunch outside, followed by our homemade chocolate cookies. As always, we had a great time!
