Painting Still Life en Plein-Air: One Day Workshop in the Vineyards at Chalk Hill Artist Residency

This workshop is for beginning and intermediate painters who are interested in painting still life subjects and combining that with outdoor landscape painting. Bruce will work with participants individually, in a hands-on, step-by-step fashion, guiding them from start to finish and focusing on aspects of the process including composition, drawing, color, value and paint handling. The workshop goal is that you’ll leave with the confidence and knowledge to continue to develop as a painter of both still life and plein-air landscape.
